The important point that should be noticed is that the instrument that has been used in this project is GHQ. GHQ is an international instrument that assesses mental health over 30 days. So this instrument is time dependent. All these projects in 31 provinces of Iran have been performed over a season. In other words, 90 days and not 30 days. Therefore, it is possible that people of a province, like Lorestan, faced floods in November and the GHQ was performed in November in Lorestan. This way, the mental health of people in Lorestan is under effect of floods. In another Province like Boushehr, the GHQ was performed in October and people of Boushehr were not facing floods. So the results of each province is unique and cannot be compiled with another province. Therefore, over the last 20 years, the results of each province have been published separately since we do not have similar data across 31 provinces. Each province can be compared to itself in the last 5, 10 15 and 20 years.
