    <Abstract>Adrenal cysts are rare lesions which are usually nonfunctional and asymptomatic. Adrenal pseudocysts do not have epithelial linings and account for about 40% of adrenal cysts. We report a case of giant adrenal pseudocyst in a 32 year old woman presenting with flank pain who had undergone surgical excision.</Abstract>
