    <Abstract>Coronary arteriovenous fistulas are rare and may be congenital, traumatic, or iatrogenic. We report one of these rare congenital anomalies with a giant aneurismal right coronary artery (RCA) in a middle-aged lady who was asymptomatic for a long time.</Abstract>
